Description

Dc charging pile is DC electric vehicle charging station, commonly known as "fast charge", it is fixed installed outside the electric vehicle, connected with the AC grid, can provide DC power supply for the non-on-board electric vehicle power battery power supply device. The input voltage of the DC charging pile adopts three-phase four-wire AC380V±15%, the frequency is 50Hz, and the output is adjustable direct current, which directly charges the power battery of the electric vehicle. Because the DC charging pile adopts three-phase four-wire power supply, it can provide enough power, and the output voltage and current adjustment range is large, and the requirements of fast charge can be realized. DC charging pile mainly include: AC - DC power supply module, charge controller, charging control unit, high voltage insulation board, display, etc. There are sheet metal parts, fuses, relays, lightning protection and other equipment. High voltage insulation detection board: When the instrument generates high voltage, there is a prompt sound output, built-in residual high voltage discharge circuit, after the test can automatically monitor and discharge the residual high voltage on the equipment under test.
