Description

MCKEE series charging module is the internal DC power module of out-door integrated DC charging piles, which converts AC to DC and then charge electric vehicles, providing reliable DC supply for equipment requires DC power.The input of charging module is three-phase mains, output DC is adjustable 200VDC-500VDC /300VDC-750VDC/ 300-1000VDC, to meet various voltage demands of different battery packs.

In the charging pile, the charging pile module refers to the functional module or circuit board inside the charging pile, which is responsible for realizing various functions and control of the charging pile. The charging pile module can include the following main components:

1. The charging control module is the core module of the charging pile, responsible for managing the entire charging process of the charging pile. It includes a microprocessor, control circuit, sensors, etc., which can monitor the status of the electric vehicle battery, control the charging power, charging time, etc.

2. The communication module, responsible for communication with the external network connection, including wired and wireless communication module, such as Ethernet, GSM, bluetooth, wi-fi, etc. Through the communication module, the charging pile can carry out real-time data transmission, remote monitoring and fault diagnosis with the background management system.

3. Payment modules: if charging pile requires payment functions, pay a module is an important part of the module. It can integrate various payment methods, such as swipe card, mobile phone payment, scan code payment, etc., to facilitate users to pay.

4. Measurement module: used for measuring the charge process parameters such as power, voltage, current, generally USES electric meter, current sensor devices, etc. The measurement module provides accurate charging data for billing and recording purposes.

6. Display and operation module, including the control panel, display, etc., used to display the charging pile working condition, operation guidelines and user interface. Through the operation module, users can choose the charging mode, payment method, etc., and view the charging record and other information.
